ØØ8 WRLDØ
👋 Good Morning!
I can’t believe we’re almost through November already, winter is one of my favorite seasons. There just is something about the snow and how quiet everything gets after a fresh snowfall.
WRLD Ø
So I’ve kicked off a new project. The other game I was working on really became more than I could work on in the time that I do have. So I’ve started to work on WRLD Ø. This project is an interactive experience project that will have some NFT releases that come alongside larger game releases. I’m going to keep exploring low poly models and textures and attempt to create a world and setting that feels rich and exciting.
The first NFT that I’ve released under this project is a proof of concept. I wanted to put together a Unity display app for the artwork that you could run on a PC or Mac hooked up to a display. There is some base interactivity and music. I’m excited to keep running down this endeavor. My goal is to ship the first “level” in January.
For my larger game project, I plan to break up my months into Art months and Development months. Currently, November has been a bit of both as I really start to get rolling on the project. I’ve got some of the basic mechanics down and I’m working on some look and feel while developing the art pipeline. I can’t wait to share.
Understanding Crypto
I’ve been taking a bit of time to deep dive into my understanding of the Crypto space and learn a bit about its history. A friend of mine has put together a terrific site with all kinds of articles to read through.
Inspo Central
A client project that I’ve had the privilege to work on has announced a new digital toolset for World of Darkness. They’ve already launched a Pathfinder toolset, which has been really exciting.

I just started following Charles Aweida and have been just amazed by the artwork he’s put together. The way he uses robots and data from nature to make some really thrilling pieces!

I’ve always wanted to make a mecha game, love the look and feel of this character!
Our Design team is also going to be talking today about building design culture. I can’t wait to listen in and I hope you do too!

Thanks again for reading! Hope everyone has a great rest of the fall season! Keep an eye out on my Twitter and Instagram for more updates, once I’m happy with some of the visuals I’ll post some up.
